Who writes this
Liaison and these guides are written by Paul Visions, a concert photographer working in Paris. The guides are not compiled from other websites. They describe how the job is actually done here — who grants access, when to ask, what the conditions mean in a real pit, and the administrative side that nobody explains until it goes wrong.
That is also the reason for the tone. Where something varies by venue, promoter or night, it is described as varying rather than flattened into a rule that would be wrong half the time.
What Liaison does
Liaison scrapes every publicly listed Paris music event — venue, date, set and door times, price tiers, sold-out flags, genre tags, the promoter, and the full line-up — and attaches each artist's own public social links to it. One search replaces the tab-hopping between a listings site, Instagram, and Google.
The part that matters for accreditation is the promoter. A listings site tells you a show exists. It rarely tells you who is running the night, and that is the desk a photo pass request has to reach.
What it does not do
It does not get you booked, and it does not get you accredited. Access is granted by the promoter, the venue or the artist's team, and none of them work for Liaison. What the tool removes is the search — the hour spent working out who to write to, before you have written anything at all.
